ELFORM Sp. z o.o. is specializes in extrusion and punching of steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel on presses with tension from 25 to 100 tons.

Pressing is carried out by means of devices called press tools on mechanical and hydraulic presses and consists in plastic processing carried out mainly on cold.

ELFORM SP. z o.o. carries out the production of pressings for small and large elements of individual and serial production.

Our machine park is:

• Guillotine enabling cutting of material from 0.5 mm to 6 mm thick and 2300 mm long.
• Hydraulic presses – from 63 to 100 Tonnes
• Eccentric presses – from 25 to 100 Tonnes
• Hole punching machine for holes of different diameters and shapes with a thickness from 0.5 to 5 mm

In addition, we offer services related to the production of dies for individual orders/customers.

We also provide services related to the pressing of elements from the matrices provided by the customer.
